My name is Matt Schaaf (he/him), and I am a counselling student at City University of Seattle, passionate about helping individuals live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. As a compassionate and empathetic person, I am drawn to counselling because I wish to create a safe, supportive space where people can feel comfortable being their genuine selves.

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients to help them explore their experiences, clarify what matters most to them, and move toward living in ways that align with their personal values. Through a supportive, culturally attuned, and respectful approach, I aim to help clients identify their goals, develop greater self-understanding, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to build.
