Aastha is a counsellor with a background in Educational Psychology, with a focus in School and Counselling Psychology. She works with children, youth, and adults, supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional well-being.

Aastha takes a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach to counselling. She believes that each person’s experiences are shaped by their relationships, culture, identity, and environment, and works to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Her approach is flexible and tailored to each client, with an emphasis on building practical strategies, developing greater self-understanding, and helping clients navigate challenges in ways that feel meaningful to them.
